Letter pausing as I'm typing and my mouse stops

Whenever I type into document application (notepad, MS Word, etc.), the letters appearing as I type suddenly stop for a second then they hurry and catch up. Also, when I slide my mouse across the screen, it stops for a second then rushes and catches up. Very annoying. I am running Windows 10 on a dell inspiron laptop.

Hi,

have you check the mouse and keyboard settings?. (Control Panel > Mouse or Keyboard) ;)
