Mail App disappeared

My mail app has disappeared, before it did go I had noticed that my mail was getting a lot of Spam whereas before it was fine, have checked that my security is up to date it is please help. Jen.

Hi Jen,

Could you clarify whether the Mail App is not found here?

• Click Start
• Click All apps
• Scroll down to the M section | do you see Mail here?

If you do see it there then right click | select More | select Pin to taskbar

TIP: After clicking All apps, if you then click A, or any other letter there you will see a grid of A to Z, and you can then click the letter you want to locate App under which can save a lot of scrolling at times.

If this is not the issue you are asking about or the Mail app is missing from the All apps section let us know.
