My laptop is HP and is only 2 months and came with Windows 10. The problem I am having is with the on board microphone it came about when I tried the sound test on Skype. It did not come on and told me that my microphone is not working and try another one. I'm a stranger to Windows 10, W.7 was my last edition I was familiar with. I would be most grateful for any help could come from this forum. Thank you.
