Mouse Lags

My mouse lags when I am in my online teaching classroom (much like video conferencing.) There were no issues with the mouse before I updated to Win 10. Even the touchpad (on my notebook) lags. We updated Chrome and the mouse driver. Any help would be appreciated! I can't draw a circle; am lucky to get some lines!

Welcome to the Forum.

Something that may work for you is to run the mouse in compatibility mode:

• Right-click on Start
• Left-click on Task Manager
• Scroll down and locate the process running your mouse or mouse/keyboard then right-click on this and select Properties
• Now click the Compatibility tab and check box next to Run this program in compatibility mode for: then click the Drop arrow in box beneath and select the operating system you update from (e.g. windows 7, 8 or 8.1) and finally click Apply then OK
