My screen goes black for 2-3 second everytime I require some CPU usage

Hi,

I've been having this problem lately, making gaming/streaming/work nearly impossible.

Everytime i'm using an app that stimulates the use of my CPU (wether it's a game or a DAW for music production) my monitor's screen goes black for 2-3 sec, sometimes closing what i was doing, sometimes not, then comes back on. I noticed there was no pattern. However, i've been monitoring my hardware lately and i found out that i get high-usage CPU spikes at the same time my screen blacks out.

OS: Windows 10 Family x64
Version: 10.0.18363
CPU: Intel I5 9600k Coffee Lake CPU @ 3.7Ghz, 6 cores
Motherboard: MSI Z-390 A Pro
GPU: Gigabyte Geforce RTX 2070 Super
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8gb x 2 @ 3200Mhz
PSU: EVGA 750watt Gold

are you running the latest version of Win 10?.

Try an upgrade as I think you are running an older version of Win 10, I have the following version.
