I have 2 PC's running Windows 10 and they are connected to a WORKGROUP.

They are both running the latest version of Zone Alarm (free edition). If I disable Zone Alarm on both PC's then the WORKGROUP/access works perfectly, however the firewall is blocking access.

Could someone point me in the direction of what services/protocols are being blocked please?

Thanks.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

Workgroup propagation is based on NetBIOS a non-routable protocol that is typically discarded if not otherwise provisioned for at the router or firewall.
UDP port 137 (name services)
UDP port 138 (datagram services)
TCP port 139 (session services)
Although this might be a better topic pursued on a ZoneAlarm community support forum
