Never seen this before?

Has anyone ever seen this come up in windows 10 ? It's was on a friends newly upgraded win8.1 to win10 computer. I checked and the McAfee program was running fine no issues.

Nope and sorry, but I've never see anything like that before.
Probably directly attributable to the fact that I do not nor would I ever use McAfee as a third party security solution.
I didn't respond earlier, hoping that someone who does, might have insight for you.
I do know that apparently it doesn't always play nice with Windows 10
