New Update Problem

Newest windows 10 update problem.After download computer is now windows 7.I uninstalled update and restored but still opens in windows 7???

Hello and welcome to the forum. I have no solution for you but this post will bump you up to the top of the list.
I would offer you this. Type this into the run window "WINVER" and see what actual version of Windows that is loaded on the computer. Please post your results.
