No audio

Since upgrading to 10 on Fujitsu Esperino laptop have no sound Coexant High Definition HD sound cand installed and status shows as device is working but when trying to play music get an error message saying can't find speakers or head phones any solution welcome.

Go into Device Manager (right click on start button and select it from the pop up) and go down to Sound, etc and uninstall by right clicking on your devices that show up there. Now restart the computer and allow Windows to reinstall the devices and see if sound is there for you.
