No sound or video after iTunes update

I have Windows 10 on a Dell PC with it’s own updater wizard. Naturally the Windows updates itself. Actually those two seem to work together, as in no crashes. The problem seems to be that ITunes updates after the Windows updates. After Itunes updates I have no sound and the video is slowed to one frame at a time. Happens every time. Over a year. After a period of time (day, week) it fixes itself. I can’t imagine I’m the only one having this issue. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi Steve,

I'm not sure why iTunes updates would affect the system like that. Have you tried restarting the PC to see if that gets things back to normal? I never liked iTunes on PC very much, it always seemed very slow and buggy for me, so I moved away from it in the end.
