Not responding

On different websites I go into I keep getting 'Not Responding' message. I do get into the website eventually but have to wait a while. Can anybody help please.?

Welcome to the forums, BAE :).

Which browser are you using? Do you have any browser plugins or a 3rd party anti-virus running?

The first thing I'd do is try using another browser and see if the problem happens on the same sites. I'd also try using the browser without any plugins to see if they are holding something up on the page. I've had my anti-virus software (Kaspersky) block loading of a few pages for no apparent reason (it looked like there was a holdup checking SSL certificates, which delayed page loading).
