Not responding

Last week I had major problems with programmes not responding.Each time I clicked on a programme it seemed to have a shredder attached.Solved that problem by taking it back to factory settings. This week I still have programmes not responding, and messages asking me to stop or debug script.not sure if this means I have malware or hardware on my system. I have kaspersky anti virus on it running Windows 10x64bit

try a full system upgrade if you aren't running the latest version of W10 (currently 1703):
