OneDrive folders lost

Good day. I recently had to restore my computer and I backed up my Desktop, Documents, Downloads, and Music folders to my OneDrive. Upon completion of the restore, all my files within those folders were gone. The original folders were listed under C:\Users\JRB but after the restore I entered joseph in the computer's User name. Could that be the issue? If so, how can I get those back? Please help.
