Other User not appearing after you lock machine

Hi

We want to log in with a user and create a VPN and then lock it and log in with another user thats domain user.

This was all fine for years but all of a sudden the Other User option is not avaialnble to then add another account and log in?

We havent had any GPOs enabled or disabled - its just we have Windows 10 20h2

Any ideas anyone?

At the moment if we switch user or lock we only have the 1 other local account we create but there is no "other user" to then log in to

Hi Jay,

Settings > Accounts > Family & other users > Add someone else to this PC. See also: Sign in options!. Have you actually used the other account and simply cannot log into it?. :)
