Pause Update Issue

got an issue in pause updates which is in settings updates and security advanced option
it is showing the date Sunday,28 July 6813 .
which is unbelievable for anyone especially the year it shows 6813.
don't know what type of bug is this
Need An idea how is this possible or what reasons or causes are

Click on the drop down box, scroll to the top using the scroll bar and select tomorrow as the resume date.
