I was sold on Windows10 until today.
I had my music figured out and had everything working, I thought.
Then I came across someone saying we now must pay to watch our DVDs. That was free until now in Windows Media Player.
I guess maybe I expected too much to think they would leave the media player alone.
Guess I will just stay with Windows7 until I must go to Linux.

I thought it wasn't working and downloaded it three times.
Then I found I was choosing the wrong type of DVD to play. It worked fine after that.
Now to keep exploring windows10 on my laptop.
Thanks.

Hi Ken, as Ian has pointed out there are a number of capable players out there to download...if I could add to Ian's list Daum PotPlayer which is becoming the new "go to" player and eclipsing the UI and functionality of VLC player that has been the standard for years.Give both a try and decide what suits your fancy...or keep both!
All the best!
