As usual rumors abound as to if this might be the real deal or not.

downloaded and install ok so far, just making an ISO of it before restarting...

This is a pretty good sign that we may be at or very, very near the RTM for this release.

UPDATE 9/14: We have released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17758 (RS5) to Windows Insiders in the Slow ring.

Usually soon after the Slow Ring release they'll provide an official ISO, so I'll be watching for that.
