RE : Bluetooth

My laptop is Acer Aspire 7741z-4806

I don't have Bluetooth option in my laptop.
Settings > Devices has no Bluetooth option listed.

I have searched the web and some postings said my particular model does not have Bluetooth included.
Yet, in my Services, there are 2 listings of Bluetooth.
I am unsure what to believe.
Further question............. is there any Bluetooth program I can download to my laptop ?
I had run into one called NFC but it did nothing.
I want to pair my laptop with my Bluetooth speaker.

OK. I am convinced my laptop does not have Bluetooth. Although I still don't understand why not.
If I have WiFi and I can remotely connect my printers with my laptops, how is it not possible to "pair" with my speaker ?

Anyway, will a Bluetooth adaptor work in this situation if I go and buy one ?
