Recently Updated ALL Drivers = Hard Drive Failure

Hi,

My Second hard drive has been buzzing and beeping the whole day, and I get random windows of that drive opening up with the words this folder is empty.

Any ideas on what is going on and how I can fix this?

So Sorry about that, wasn't sure where to put it.

Don't need help anymore seems the power supply to my hard drive was not plugged in properly, happened when I opened my box to find out what mobo I had to update my drivers.

Pc runs like a dream for now.

Sounds like the hard drive is dying. Download CrystalDiskInfo and run it. http://crystalmark.info/software/CrystalDiskInfo/index-e.html

Post what the main screen says.

If it's beeping, turning on and of, and/or loudly clicking, there isn't much you can do. Copy your data off it immediately.

Back up your data and replace the drive. Looks like it's starting to fail.
