Recommendations for Bluetooth adapters?

I've been using this Techkey bluetooth dongle, and it keeps disconnecting randomly, very frequently. Any recommendations?

I use a little blue thing from iogear on a Dell XPS L701x, hasn't let me down yet. The top one here for single language or the second for multi-language:

Also, my Bluetooth mice are from Targus but do have one from Microsoft.

 

[Trouble]

Open Device Manager
Expand Universal Serial Bus Controllers
Everything there that has the word "Hub" in its' name

Right click it and choose properties from the context menu
Select the Power Management tab at the top of the properties sheet
Make sure that "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is unchecked

I assume you've tested the dongle in multiple USB ports and the behavior is the same.

What version of Win 10 do you have?, an upgrade may help.

I installed the old drivers, and my windows is the latest it can be, there is an update but it isn't available for my computer yet.

Did you try the "Upgrade Tool" described in my link above?.

You will find the drivers for this Bluetooth on the maker's official support page.
And download the driver for your make and model for Windows 10 specifically for your part.

I wouldn't be able to help you more than this until of course, you provide the exact model of your accessory.
