Reinstalling Windows 10 with creators update

I want to format my PC. I know I can install windows 10 then do all the updates such as as the creators update. Is there a way for me to create a windows 10 installation DVD with the creators update?

I believe that's what you will find available now, via the Media Creation Tool

The creators updates I have, offer a fresh install or upgrade. in the initial phase. But maybe not what you ultimately want?

If you use media creation tool the resulting DVD will likely be broken as it expects to find install.wim and instead finds install.esd

You need to bypass the media creation tool.
