I had used Recuva and Stellar Photo Recovery software for lost photos, video on my Windows 10 PC and found all the lost photos, videos. Thanks!

I second Recuva as well.
I have used Recuva to recover as many photos as possible from a defunct HDD.
It recovered the photos that were present in good sectors of my HDD.
I was not able to recover most of the data that was present in the bad sectors.
