[Trouble]

Seeing some rumors suggesting that the "Fall Creators Update" is nearing "feature lock" time.
That's when new things cease to be added and all remaining time is spent on beating back bugs and general house keeping, before it is publicly released.

Ubuntu could learn a thing or two from MS, they do a full system update twice a year but don't fix the bugs in previous releases!.

Must be something to the rumor.
I downloaded and installed the latest insider build today (16251) and the first thing I noticed was that they had removed the "PRE" from the name leaving only "RELEASE" suggesting that it is no longer classified as "prerelease" software and may be indeed feature locked, leaving only some finishing touches (albeit a bunch of finishing touches).
