Hi eripun,

you could try a cross check on the Settings > Phone on both computers and you might see a difference in your settings?. :)

Hi Eric,

try removing the phone from your devices list and then reconnecting it, that might work?. :)

I worked with a client last week with a Jitterbug phone. His issue was plugging into the charging port on his USB 3 Hub instead of one of the other 4 ports.

Hi Eric,

did you try rolling back the updates that you said may have been the cause?.

Have you considered a full system reset, I know it is a bit drastic but may solve the problem!. :)

BACK UP ALL YOUR FILES AND DATA BEFORE DOING A FULL RESET TO ANOTHER DRIVE OR EXTERNAL STORAGE DEVICE!.

Just a quick question...
Is the phone available or not in File Explorer
OR
Is the phone available or not in the Windows 10 "Your Phone" App???

I'm sure you've probably already eliminated this but I thought I would pass it along for posterity as there is a difference
