Hi
This is a new problem, since update a few days ago. I hope this is the right forum for posting this.
Since last Win 10 update, if I have an Excel workbook visible on a monitor, then I can't scroll the inactive monitor (either the one with Excel showing, or the other one).
With any other programmes showing on monitors, I can still scroll the inactive one (i.e. Thunderbird on one & Word on the other). It seems to be Excel that is causing the problems.
I am using Excel 14.0.7173.5000 (32-bit) - Excel 2010
Win 10 home version 1607, build 14393.447 64-bit
I realise that Excel is 32 & Windows is 64-bit, but this hasn't been a problem up until now
Thanks in advance
