Size Of SSD Is Not Right

Two solid state drives, both 250GB and windows shows both as 111GB in properties. Noticed when I was playing around with cloning and upgrades that Windows 10 showed every SSD as 111GB no matter the size of the SSD. Anyone else notice this?

Have you gone in to Control Panel-->Administrative Tools-->Computer Management-->Disk Management, and look at the partitions? Mine reads correct, although it's a 64gb SSD.
