Sleep option has been replaced by hibernate on Dell Latitude e7250

Used Dell laptop was shutting down at random times. I reset power settings to NEVER close display or shut down.
It now goes in to hibernate mode for no apparent reason. AND no sleep mode available any where including lid closing.
