I have a legacy laptop- HP G61 AMD with ATI Mobility Radeon display.
I had previously and foolishly tried a Win 8 to Win8.1 upgrade. The upgrade blew out the ATI driver and I could not find one anywhere. So, did the fresh WinTen install and after a bit of messing around it found the ATI driver. It even allowed me to set the screen res to its proper 1366x768.
Upon reviewing some of WinTen features it is very apparent one need to be able to support very high resolution to benefit from the new Task View feature. Without the capability of producing 1900xnnnn the views are just a blur.
