Any attempt to login with my Microsoft (Through Windows store app, settings>account, xbox/games menus) is met with the same "Something Went Wrong" announcement. I've gone through a couple pages the forums and haven't found a fix that has worked for me.

Are there any bypasses or ways to force it to let me log-in? Or mayhaps an update I'm missing?

Bump.

I have the same problem. Haven't found a fix yet.

Go to Control Panel
Then 'Internet Options'...
Select 'Advanced' tab...
Take the scrollbar to bottom...
Mark these options:
"Use SSL 2.0"
"Use SSL 3.0"
"Use TSL 1.0"
"Use TSL 1.1"
"Use TSL 1.2"
Click 'Ok' button...
Try again, the "Something went wrong" error should be gone...

Wow, it seems so simple that for that fix, two check boxes was all it took to fix. Thanks so much inahpets.

Interesting...... which "two check boxes"?
Checked mine (I've had no such problems logging in to all things Microsoft), and I only have the three TLS items checked.

Just wondering if you found that the other two SSL options were required?

I am having the same issue.

I checked the two other boxes that were unchecked, "Use SSL 2.0" and "Use SSL 3.0", and nothing has changed. I am still getting the error.

Any other suggestions?

I had same problem, I couldn't log in to Microsoft account on a new tablet pc . Tried fix above + others. My solution was to factory reset device and made sure to connect to WiFi and sign in to my account during initial setup (I didn't have WiFi the first time) everything works now.
