SOLVED Start Menu,system restore,taskbar

Problem started when i downloaded winzip drivers and winzip register cleaner. Start menu wouldn't woek,Edge disapeared off the taskbar and the taskbar didn,t work properly. I deleted the winzip programs and managed to do a system restore to before the download. Computer worked fine. Edge came back. Wonderful. Couple of days later system reverted ie; no start menu, no edge,taskbar dosen't work, can't even find system restore. Can you help?

Reinstalled windows 10 Problem seems fixed for now.
