When I click on the window in the lower left corner to open the start menu, the menu flashes for a millisecond then disappears. Any thoughts as to why it's doing this? Thanks.
Also, when it flashes it does so in the upper left side of the screen. After repeated clicks or hits on the windows key it may open in the proper lower left part of the screen.
