Strange Notification Icon

As of 2-3 days ago I'm suddenly seeing a small pop-up in the tool bar "IDS Sytem Tool Tip" I've never seen this notification before, when I click on it, it just disappears? Can anyone explain what this Tool Tip is all about, can it be disabled?

Hi Norton,

I'm not sure myself what that is but maybe you might find it here:

• Right-click on taskbar > select Properties > click the Customize button
• In the settings window that appears down bottom of main window there is a list of applications that can place tool tips on your Taskbar. Perhaps one of those will be the culprit.

Thanks! I turned off Show me window tips. and VoIP calls on locked screen. I'll wait now and see if that resolves the issue.
