Strange glitch with Smart TV Casting.

Ok, so i have a fairly new PC. I just got a brand new series 5 TV as well, now the first day i used the TV was right before the most recent windows update, I was able to connect the TV to my PC and do screen sharing but after the update was installed later that night a button under Display adapter properties disappeared called "Connect a wireless display" So i found other ways to connect my PC To my TV like "connect" But for some reason the TV does not show up on connect. The strange part is if i right click on a photo i can "Cast to Device"
And it works. I have been trying for the past few days to figure this out to no avail.

If anyone could help me figure this out that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Birb_Master,

how are you connecting the devices to each other?, a cable or WiFi connection?, if WiFi, have you checked your network settings?. what make and model?.

Are you using the latest version of W10 despite the fact you said it is updated? (current version 18.03):

I currently am trying to wirelessly connect the TV to my PC.
And my Pc is in fact up to date, My Wifi is working as well. If there is some thing I can change in WIFI settings that could fix the problem that would be helpful

If you are using WiFi, is the connection going through your router or have you set it up some other way?, does the PC have a transmitter of some kind?, this might help?:
