Okay. I've tried upgraded my laptop to Windows 10 but things didn't go ad planned. It got stuck at 91% for about 5 hours. So I did what anyone would do and contacted Microsoft. They send me a technician and he told me to force turn off my laptop. So I did. After that it restored back to Windows 8. He told me that he will remotely control my laptop and try to redownload. Guess what! Got stuck at 91% AGAIN. any idea what to do?

Can you share with us how exactly you are attempting to perform the upgrade?
My suggestions would be to grab the media from here http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Create media = ISO
Burn it to DVD, thumbdrive, or simply mount it and run setup.exe from that while you are in Windows 8.
