Since update Win 7 Pro to Win 10 I cannot print emails (inbox/sent) for reference. Epson printer /scanner works ok re NON emails but the scanner does not now download to hard-drive.
Absolutely no problems with previous Win 7 Pro.
Any assistance would be very much appreciated. Many thanks.

 

[Trouble]

I think we're finding quite a few peripheral devices that "worked with Windows 7" (probably just).... that are not going to work with Windows 10.
Have a look here http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/SupportWindows10.jsp?UseCookie=yes see if there is any mention of your particular device with respect to Windows 10.
Otherwise, see if they may have a driver that works with Windows 8 that you can upgrade to.
