SOLVED Taskbar Height has doubled

This is not a really big deal but all of a sudden it seems that my taskbar has doubled in height for some reason. It use to be just as high as the icons. Here's a couple screenshots showing the right and left sides of the taskbar.

Solved, I just found out all you have to do is click and drag it down... DUH! Guess my old brain is failing me.
