Unable to connect to Google

I'm on Windows 10 and am unable to connect to Google from my desk top. I think I may have a virus , does Windows 10 have any restore points ?

Can you connect to other sites?
Can you ping Google ( Command prompt or Windows Power shell. ping google.com should get a reply immediately)

What browser are you using?
