Windows Group Policy Client, Unable to connect

I'm having a problem on my computer. The computer is unable to connect to Windows Group Policy Client. I've tried to go into regedit and look for problems, but I can't find any missing keys of any kind. I've watched youtube videos on youtube to try and fix it and it doesn't work. This problem came after I got windows 10 on my computer. I don't know if it matters but I got a MSI computer. It never happened when I had Windows 8 and now I just wish I got Windows 8 back.
