SOLVED Unable to connect to synapitics pointing device driver

ever since 1803 up date I have this problem appearing after doing a restart . I looked at device in Device manger is says "Elen smart pad PS/2 disabled I checked driver its says I have the most up to dat driver.
Does any one know how to fix this? My mouse is working fine not the touch pad.

appears I fixed on my own , uninstalled in my device manger . Restarted computer , it said it need to restart to complete installation. So far its running fine. Hope this helps others Happy Fourth to all
