SOLVED Unwanted Program - ATKEXcom SCV 32

Just recently whilst closing a programme using task manager I have discovered a programme or file I don't know which is called ATKEXcom SCV 32 bit what is it and does it cause problems one my asus pc

It appears to be a normal feature when using an ASUS computer or motherboard, I have it on my year-old ASUS 64-bit computer.

Thanks for the prompt reply I had considered uninstalling it after I had googled it and it said it was possibly a virus or trojan you have saved me a lot of problems had I uninstalled it thanks
