SOLVED Update stuck at 45%... 'Waiting for download'.

Cumulative update for Windows 10 version 1511 (KB3116908) gets stuck 'waiting for download'

Troubleshooter found no errors.

Please advise.

Personally, I'd use Internet Explorer and grab it from here http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Search.aspx?q=KB3116908
And attempt the upgrade from the standalone installer and see if that would work.
A local copy might at least eliminate the "waiting for download" issue.

It worked on the second attempt.
I will repeat the process for any more problems in the future.
