SOLVED Update to WIn 10: "A problem has occured"

Hello

When I tried to update to Windows 10, I received a message in telling that "a problem has occured" ** Then the only otopn is to close the update applicationé Attached, a snap picture of the meesage from WIndows.

Incredible details in that message..... :)

I'll take a guess and say that there is some hardware or perhaps software on your system that is preventing the upgrade for finishing and unfortunately they don't have the means to convey the specifics as to what the might be.

AND.... it could be just about anything. Security Suites, attached peripherals, anything.
