SOLVED Upgrade to Win 10

Trying to help a friend upgrade to Win 10 from Win 7, but having a problem finding a link that I used - that one was great, just one button to click to upgrade to Win 10. The web sites we've been trying to access show several other links on which to click. Just looking for a simple "click-button" to start the upgrade.

The only installation resources that I have ever used, outside of the GWX.exe icon down by the clock in the taskbar are......
