WDF_VIOLATION HELL

After crash after crash, I decided I was going to go back to 8.1 but being a procrastinator I never did. Now I get the frowney face of death, but unplug and restart does not work. Nothing works! Help?

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Is there any critical data on the machine?
Do you have a backup or that critical data?
Does the computer have a factory partition that might support you returning the system to a factory fresh state?
Do you have installation Media and a Product Key for your previous version of Windows?
