Hey all,
I recently upgraded to windows10 on my: hp pavilion hpe series / model# h8-1234
My computer started acting up instantly after successfully upgrading, minor glitches with mouse cursor, slow loading speeds and other miscellaneous issues. It's been roughly 2 weeks and yesterday I clicked sleep mode under power settings and now I'm in this repetitive cycle that starts with automatic repair followed by this blue screen with a large :( Says wdf_violation. Then restarts again. The only thing I can find is pushing the escape button during the black startup screen brings me to system startup with some booting options and other technical options. I've been trying to backup everything to a hard drive and it fails at 7%. I'm completely lost, if able please help. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Also how do I contact Microsoft to complain?

Hello slay and welcome to the forum.
Boot from the installation media and on the second page after the Choose a language and keyboard layout page, use the link that says Repair Your PC to avail yourself of some of the Advanced Troubleshooting options.

The installation media can be obtain through either of these two resources.

OR

Once you have the ISO, you can use ImgBurn to burn it to a DVD or Rufus to burn it to a USB ThumbDrive, either of which you can use to boot your computer.
