Wifi adaptor

When I switch on my laptop to be able to connect to wifi I have to go into troubleshooter which then reconfigures my adaptor. Wifi then connects. Is there anything I can do to solve this permanently.

Sounds like you need an updated wifi driver for your laptop. What is the exact make/model of your laptop? With that info we can locate the driver for you and point you in the direction where to go to download it and install it.

It is a Toshiba Equium.

I have checked the wireless network adaptor for updates and it says I have the latest version???

Have to reset wireless network each time I log on...any solutions to this? As I said above apparently have the latest version for my network adaptor.

The latest version might not be compatible with windows 10. Some companies are slow updating their drivers.

My husband has same laptop as me and has no problem.
