Wireless Internet was working fine for a couple weeks now all the sudden it doesn't find any wireless connection Even when I go to my settings and check under network and Internet I don't even have Wi-Fi has an option Please help I need to be able to get my computer to sign on to my wireless Internet every time I do the troubleshooting it tries to tell me to plug-in an ethernet cable

How about providing some specifics as to your system specs.
Manufacturer's Name, Model Name, Complete Model Number.
Some specifics as to the wireless adapter you are using might help as well.
Right click the start button and choose Device manager
Expand network adapters, select then right click the wireless adapter and choose properties, select the details tab, change the drop down to hardwareIDs and copy and paste the first line of the value box into your next post.
