Win 10 - ethernet cable suddenly said unplugged while i was surfing .

2 days ago , i was happily enjoying my internet when suddenly my internet stopped working ,i checked it and it showed that the ethernet cable is unplugged . I have by now , tried reinstalling win 10 (lost all my files and drivers ) and few more things like automatically searching for updates online . i have a realtek family controller

You may have to go to the Computer manufacturer's website, or the Motherboard Manufacturer's website, or the specific device manufacturer's website in order to get all your drivers up to date.
Specifically ..... Chipset, BIOS, Video, Audio, etc.,
As for your Realtek driver depending on who the computer manufacturer is....

BUT..... again, depending on the computer manufacturer you may need their vendor specific driver, especially if it's a laptop.
