Although I really like Windows Live Mail better, I have changed over to Win 10 mail as warned by Microsoft. Some of my received messages are cutoff on the right side. 2 or 3 words missing on each line. Zooming down to 50% still leaves them cutoff. If I cut and paste the message into Word I can read the whole message. I have messed with most of the settings but nothing seems to help. This does not occur on all messages, only a few. Anyone have any ideas?

If you use the so called "hamburger" icon (three horizontal lines above one another) top left corner of the mail app to temporarily close the navigation (folders) pane, does that help at all?
Does the preview pane not produce a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom to scroll left and right in messages that are formatted so as to not wrap naturally?
