Windows 10 64 bit: bluetooth: Startup: Automatic connect of headset

I bought a bluetooth headset and a dongle, so that I can move about during a Skype conversation.
When the headset is turned on, I can connect after startup, but I would like to connect automaricly, so that when I receive a call, I can use the headset immediatelly.
Apparently there is nooption to say which of the paired devices should be connected on Startup.
